Thanks Hesthemsn! When I saw the mention of the "Assumption and Assignment of Executory Contracts" in the LBI docket 2262, I immediately thought of you and how you supported the idea that the CTs were possibly Executory Contracts.

The puzzle picture is possibly getting a bit clearer, hopefully it's not a mirage!

So the Lead Attorneys won't comment on the CT's and what the POSSIBLE scenarios are?

I find it hard to believe they wouldn't spell it out.
