I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT INSURANCE COMPANY WITH LICENSE TO SELL IN 50 STATES,TRADING SO CHEAP.And was trading 80 cents prior to being profitable,on same 100m O/S. that is why i'm still holding PCPZ
