I just used it to get three subs and it worked great. It took less than a few seconds once I finished entering my info and hit submit. I then got an email right away letting me know it went through.I was very happy it was so fast and so easy.
Stocking - did you send an email to customer support to tell them how your online transaction went? The more specific negative feedback they get, the better they'll get at figuring out what needs to be fixed.
From what I saw of this bruhaha, it certainly seemed like your complaint was the requirement to cough up a credit cardnumber to consumate the subscription (trial or otherwise) which does seem to be norm just about everywhere you go these days.
That's life in the electronic age I suppose.
