Yes you have good points, and I suggest emailing all these complaints and recommendations to the company themself. I would provide an email, but I'm sure it is easily found on the site. Email it every day if it makes you feel better, they are a new company so I don't think they are too full of themselves to ignore your reasonable concern.
The reason you are being treated so hostile is that you are complaining to the wrong people. You are right, but we as investors see it as a "bash". That's not exactly fair, but really, there isn't much an investor can do about your problem, and I don't realistically see something like this having a big impact on the stock...it is not exactly fraudulent...
