I agree that Wall Street won't touch NEOM and only Dumb Money is speculating on the stock. I also agree that investors should consider their positions without bias and I would add that if they must have a bias they are better served by a critical perspective than a pollyannaish one. After all you are entrusting your money not only with the operators of the company but with the market aparatus as well.
