The company has taken this action in order to protect the company and its shareholders from further harm.

This is probably just a slight technicality, but paying close attention does seem to show that shareholders are down about 99.99% since action was taken to protect them.

Since that "we are protecting our SH's" PR, SH's have lost close to 100% of the value of their qasp portfolio as the float has ballooned.

And yes, vigil was under daddy dean.

Was qasp's PR not true about the fraud?
