That's a nice cute, sweet, and rosy way of looking at things.

But, you were lied to. Donnell Vigil the President of Quasar was hand picked by Dean Bradley a former CEO here. He taught her everything she knows about running a penny scam. Then Joe Canouse who guided Bradley, helped further her education in how to make money without really increasing shareholder value. He is VERY GOOD at that.

16 million shares were added to the float this morning, just like many mornings. And there is no way that the float is 130 million today.

After 4 years of watching this scam continue. I think I have a pretty good handle on how QASP works.

Of course, this is just my opinion. And updating the share structure with the OTC could prove me wrong. But, words from Donnell Vigil's mouth certainly don't count much in my book.

So the float went from about 80M June 13 to 130M last week.

Today there were either more shares added to the float, or some of those were distributed. Take your pick...
