kchan24 - That will be very hard to do. It's not impossible. Right now the Daily & Monthly Phase 2's are extended, the Weekly is now getting ready to complete it's 4th week, so cycles are getting back to normal, the SPX 60 min will be due a Phase 1 tomorrow. So unless there is a major event like a new President, just don't see how the SPX would get to your 1746 by Aug 1st. I'm not saying we won't eventually get to 1746, but probably not likely until a Monthly correction is completed some where around December/January.
