I guess for those trying to trade for lunch money then waiting for .96 when the stock is .99 and a hundred thousand shares are at stake makes sense. If one likes the science and trusts the company then one should press the buy button.
Hard to believe it won't happen, technically the moving averages have some catching up to do. Seems a little too early to get that news driven euphoric move back to old highs.
