Once again LR, THE INVESTMENT COMMUNITY RULES LYJN and it is NOT the other way around. Lack of investors for very obvious reasons, lack of CREDIBILITY by management in following through on becoming a " pink sheets reporting company " BUT it was a nice P&D for someone wasn't it?? A CEO that was cited by the SEC and HEAVILY fined late last year and early this year for his actions with his daughter and several of his other LYJN buddies and friends in SCAMMING investors & shareholders out of millions and millions in at least 2 other companies that they found SO FAR.
Basic lack of being able to sustain and HOLD the PPS due to it's rise on P&D activity ONLY, manipulative $2+ trades at EOD to PUMP it up, ZERO PROFITS in almost 8 years on minimal revenue numbers and at least 3 VERIFIED P&D's since spring of 2010.
They are ALL factual events that go to prove one thing LR.....investors smartened up as to Hanna and her tricks and is WHY it is very obvious the investors are taking their business to other more reputable companies.
IF investors were listening to and even believing 1/10th of what is said on this board and IF they were out frantically searching all over their cities for mdse. flying off of the shelves, I seriously doubt the PPS would look any different than it does now or for that fact ever has...........
