Just look at the United States entry on your WIKI link (thanks much)which shows debt held by the public (2012 est) ratio to GDP 73.6%

The gross debt to GDP ration is 107.8%

Pretty close to the 2013 (today) Debt Clock numbers I posted, along with the links which include sources of the data, Treasury and CBO.
