On July 19, 2013, Saker Aviation Services, Inc. (the “Company”) was notified by the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport (the “Airport”) that the Fixed Base Operator’s Lease and Operating Agreement, dated August 21, 2003, between the Company and the Airport will terminate on August 31, 2013.
