Oh no, it's easy to see why, imo.
That's someone who knows how to trade pennies. Get in a position and push it from behind is the tactic.
Some use the 1/3 rule:
Split how much you want to invest in 3, 1/3 original buy in, 1/3 to push the bid up & tap the ask here and there, and 1/3 to average down if it goes south.
