I think if it was, they would have pulled the ads in the circular, and the 'partner' label would be pulled as well...............IMO.

That is exactly what is going on here in a nutshell. You hit the nail on the head. It could be cancelled and we don't even know it. That is why people are waiting to hear it is a go. I don't blame them. I have all the shares I want now and am hoping we get the green light. Scott
