They will not have a lot to say about it - you give them both far too much credit. I suspect we will not leave them standing in the cold and we will be reasonable about it, but at the same time we will look for some quid pro quo and let them sweat a bit. Hopefully, Bush will see to it that there is a price for them to pay, and they will have to pay it.
