max, I agree with you for all practical purposes, this bankruptcy case is over for MOST of us here. We just do NOT YET KNOW FOR SURE if we are included in FS's settlement.
The BK court mandated they leve the claim date open untill 7/23 because the BK court is controling the BK and has to be aproved by them. and any big claiment will have their own attny at the hearing
just like WAMU they make claim then go to court argue their point judge allow or denies. So yes I do find it strange there are no more hearing scheduled at all
