10 bagger through my research i have found that before 2013 the reason why SKAS was suppressed was the fear of 2 of the airports SKAS operates GCK and KAVP were going to be shut down due to the sequester. As of April 2013 that is no longer a fear as i have been in contact with the CEO.

AVGG has some preferred issue that skew the S/E number. Also might it just linger like an ALTX? Even with a very LOW risk, like ALTX, it could just be dead money?
