If it's like the last time… We should get them on mid August.

Yes, the company has 90 Days to file,...No one should EXPECT
that it will be "like the last time" as these are the Year End
Financials & therefore allotted 90 days (instead of the
Quarterlies -- which are 45 days).

I have no idea WHEN NTEK will file...they could file as early
as they like....but the financials are not due until Aug 1st
(Sept 30).
