I usually follow a simple rule: don't go long when ISEE is above 2 (it closed at 2 today). I'll probably break this rule tomorrow, especially if SMH opens lower and/or dips below 37.

Seasonality is in favor of the long positions; in comparison with last year, OEX guys and commercials are not ready for a dump yet. So a quick gamble on the long side seems reasonable.
