the LBHI lawyers are still talking strictly POR and they will not mention anything past it - they are still on the original boiler plate responses - that's odd as we near the end of the POR- I really don't like it when attorney's play dumb !!! why are they doing this ????? its easy for them to say what we DON"T want to hear but they are not saying that- it is very difficult for comments on what we do want to hear and they are not saying that either -
