So they're losing money and acquiring debt? The losing money part isn't a shock, but what happened to "debt free" as a hook?

You do realize that SNDY has been touting "debt free" and "profitable" for over a year now. All documented on this board, as it was being used, along with the "imminent" CE Certification claims, to suck in new unwitting investors over a year ago.
