They make too much money to be valued here sub $3 in my opinion.

They are currently BURNING $6 to $7 million a quarter and will need get more financing from the market to remain a going concern. That is directly from the company's press release on the issue:

Cash flow improved as we reduced our quarterly cash usage to approximately $6 million in the quarter. Cash ended the quarter between $6 and $7 million with total debt outstanding of $10 million. The company expects that it will require access to additional capital which it is currently in the process of securing.
