Because, the market understands the reality and severity of the action the SEC takes...and that they are pretty much always right about a company when they do this.

Maybe that will change someday if suspended stocks start coming back and demonstrating real errors by the SEC...but for now...the market knows exactly what it means.

Because it got suspended by the SEC which means there is something seriously wrong with the stock.
