That will NOT happen. The stock will stay suspended for 10 trading days and will open on the Grey Market August 2nd.

They always do...

assuming Peterson and Company can satisfy the SEC's requirements and remove this suspension before it trades on the grey market on August 2nd, 2013 because if it goes grey it will remain there till eternity or complete delisting...

Suspensions are never shortened. Ever. And the stock will be a Grey by early next week. That is inevitable.
