Hey TopWop, do you really think Peterson would implicate the SEC himself as you mentioned in your post and jeopardize his UN position, his credibility and reputation? For that statement alone, I don't believe anything you are saying.

I completely agree that the Company should have been treated investors better.

However, from your statements it appears that you have many side dealings with Mr. Peterson and you are not satisfied with their outcome at this time. And so in response, you offer to the members of this board to sell them your stock certificate two days before going to the SEC and completely sinking the investments of all RVPL shareholders. You were very willing to take ten thousand dollars from one of our members, knowing that you were going render the certificate worthless the following day. And today you didn't even have the courage to let us know that you were the force behind this complaint. And yet you have the audacity to point fingers at others?

You still haven't even provided a specific example of how anything that Mr. Peterson has done or filed is fraudulent in the eyes of the SEC. You are simply the first one to try and get your story out.

IMO, your complaint should have been processed in court, not with the SEC.

This action will destroy a lot of hard work on part of the Company, and a lot of hard earned money on part of investors. Please provide us with specific examples of how RVPL has misrepresented itself with investors (not just you) or the SEC? I invested 12K in RVPL and I didn't feel it necessary to sink everyone's investment just to get answers from the company via the SEC.

And in sincerity, thank you to tdbowieknife for giving us hard facts so that we know what to expect.
