Well, which is it? Are they having trouble clearing Ivy Bridge systems, or are they keeping inventories at 60-70% of historic numbers?
Or are they having trouble clearing enough Ivy Bridge systems to get to 60-70% as a target? That sounds more reasonable, and implies they are probably at or below historical inventory levels.
