[OCKHAM'S RAZOR]

OCTI "sleeper" issue that has been trending .01 - .02 level.


The BO point is .02. Looking for that to be accompanies by volume.

A few weeks back OCTI had its largest buy @ .02 level (50k)

Biggest buy in last 2 years.

Wonder if it is a precursor.

Have done alot of DD on OCTUS and believe there is reason to believe M&A activity is taking place.
