Actually no I am not. Every CDFT preferred share represents 100k common shares. There are only 14,860 common shares now.
Every converted preferred share brings a multiple of over 6 X the current Outstanding Shares!!!! That is massive dilution. Say 250 shareholders (which is not enough for uplist requirements) did 1 preferred share that is 25 million shares to a current 14,860 shares. That is a dilution percentage of........ 168136%. That is the short term dilution plan, like I said....... Massive dilution and that is the short term, who would buy, and what underwriter would take on that risk?
