Unless something happens along the way to either derail validation of the new facility's production quality approvals, or unless some emergency 'black swan' kind of event pushes a product into earlier use - that timeline seems about right.
I personally expect the stock to bounce around in a trading range - maybe with a very slight upward trend as we go into mid 2014 - until we have TOX data in hand and a human trial is in the air.
you are new here and don't really know the history of the management. Do a little back reading posts and see how on track the company has been over the years. I'd say the worse management I've run into, they drove other companies into the ground.
