ECO already put out the shareholder letter. It's pretty clear they have HD. The initial 20 store rollout is considered a pilot for 3 months, after that full rollout. The shareholder vote is a week and a half away, at which time once the share increase is approved ECO can raise some friendly money that would support a full rollout, that's when I believe HD would green light a pr. So hopefully some time in August is my guess.
