The NAMO is the McClellan Oscillator, based on the difference between the 39 EMA and 19 EMA of the adv-dec.

It tells you how fast the NASI is moving. If the NAMO is less than zero, the NASI will decline. If the NAMO is greater than zero, the NASI will rise.

So, while the NASI has risen a little of late, take a look a the pattern of lower highs and lower lowes on the NAMO. If the NAMO makes a lower peak here, and turns negitive, so will the NASI. And the lower the NAMO moves, the faster the NASI will decline.
