zenus, that March 1993 contract they keep bragging about was voided only one month later. A new contract was struck in April 1993. Even if they had continued to make the required payments and royalties on that contract, which didn't happen, it completely expired by 1998. So, the 1996 contract is relavent because if TMM had paid those payments they would still have some rights to the Iterated/HP tech, but that didn't happen so draw your own conclusions. I'm not saying they never made any payment on anything, but making a few house payments and stopping doesn't mean the mortgage company let's you keep the house.
