The only truly attractive Haswell is the Ultrabook and the Iris/Iris Pro using ones. Yes, you might argue the regular Haswells are a good advancement, but nothing that makes people waiting for even better systems go and buy one.
I disagree. The 15W SOC is CPU+PCH, instead of the 17W Ivy Bridge and 4W PCH. 30% lower power at about the same level of performance will enable even more attractive form factors, and the battery life gains are well worth it as well. Graphics is just icing on the cake - though I guess if you care a lot about gaming on the PC, then maybe Iris is your minimum. It's certainly a lot more power efficient than adding a discrete device.
