"The Subordinated Debentures governing the Capital Trusts Securities (CT's - LHHMQ, LEHKQ, LEHNQ, LEHLQ) are the liabilities of the parent company LBHI and currently under CLASS 10B of the ALLOWED CLAIMS of LBHI."

But Barclays just said in court that they assumed the liabilities.

So either Barclays or LBHI have the CTs?
