*roguedolphin, let me know what you do and I'll be right next to you taking physical off the market, also did you hear about the warehouses off the electronic exchanges have been slow or delaying shipment to those who are settling their contracts and demanding the physical! So, hey you never know, maybe you'll decide to take a ton of $ilver from these cricked warehouses, I really see the potential for a $ILVER crisis coming in which you can benefit from the price of $ILVER being unwound into a grossly underestimated BULL MARKET after 25 years of PRICE MANIPULATION!!!... Silver, gold rally on festival demand

Silver and gold rallied today mainly on the back of lesser stocks and some good Christmas and marriage season demand from ornament makers, traders at the bullion market said here.

Silver opened high at Rs 12,445 per ten gm and closed at Rs 12,430, posting a handsome gain of Rs 100 from the previous close.

There was higher demand from industrial users along with lesser stocks at the domestic markets. Overseas markets are closed due to Christmas.

Values of standard mint gold and pure gold (99.9 purity) also opened high at Rs 7,435 and Rs 7,470 per ten gm, respectively.

Later, standard mint gold settled at Rs 7,440 and pure gold at Rs 7,480 per ten gm, registering a gain of Rs 20 each from their previous close.

There was some good buying support in view of the Chritmas festival and marriage season. There was no advice from international markets, which are closed for Christmas.

Following were the spot silver and gold prices today: Silver (per kg) .999 grade : Rs 12,430 (Rs 12,420), Gold (per 10 gm): Standard mint 99.5 purity : Rs 7,440 (Rs 7,420), Pure 99.9 purity : Rs 7,480 (Rs 7,460).
