drmvz... ok then you go get him... tell him how you feel about him taking vacation... tell him the chump with a whole thousand dollars worth of shares dictates the ceo's schedule.
If you are really this unhappy then sell and move on to a company where the CEO will devote every moment of his/her life to making "YOU" happy.

This Co. has come a awful long way.Cc is a springboard for much better things.Someone in management is aware of things this time of the year i promise you (they don't abandon ship).Not everybody (in top management) takes the week off.We usually switched from year to year who took the week off.I usually worked this week once in every 5 years as long as things were going well.This co. is going very well as i see it.
