Bobby,

You are concerned about dilution even after your conversation with JF at the first of Nov?

I'll not be much help but buying a million for $12,500 now would make you a millionaire if it ever gets to $1. Many, like myself, have been long for going onto 2 years and we're still here waiting for the big ride.

Bobby1010: Makes no sense to me why you sold. Sounds like all. (?) Why didn't you just cover your investment $$'s and let the rest ride? As simple stated yesterday, the CFO forking up his own ducketts to purchase his set-aside 5MM shares for (one would assume) the long haul (at least a year), tells us that he for one (and he should have the best idea) doesn't think it'll drop below the .007 that he purchased them for.

So, you were in the same position as him.

Again, why did you sell, presumably, all of your shares?

#1: Shorting..always possible. Why at this juncture? Beats me w/ all that's in the fire.

#2: Manipulation...always possible, especially on the OTC:BB.

#3: Dilution...if you believe the words of the CEO, they're done w/ that and have the finacing in place to cover their needs for the next three years. So, unless you don't believe him, I'd have to say it's not a concern.

Its more then just the stock.

Subscribe to the service. See how the delivery times and customer service is. See if you enjoy the product. Customers do not care about stock price or riding the uptrend. They care about service. If the service is good in the end the business will thrive.

Stop looking at it like a penny stock. I subscribe and I enjoy the service. Many penny stocks arent going anywhere like this one will go.

Since the beginning I have been subscribed and so many people have said so many things about the stock price. I didnt pay attention to charts or anyones "experienced" advice. If I did....I wouldnt know if this was a winner or loser.

Subscribe to the service and dont pay so much attention to the stock price. It will pay off in the end.

And read the Q&A section of the website. Answers many questions.

The PPS ALWAYS consolidates after a run-up. This is quite common and even expected. I do not believe it is dilution that caused this "consolidation" as the volume does not accomodate for this. I do not believe it is manipulation because again, this is quite common (back test other stock run-ups to see consolidation that follows). I do not believe that it is shorting because this would be the most risky trade of all with so much on our 4 week horizon. You dont short such "possible growth". As far as news helping....I am not aware of recieving any "News" of any value this month.

When a stock price runs, it becomes over-bought quickly. Once it reaches this stage the PPS will consolidate down to find the support level or "True Price". This is where we are now imo (I use this level for entries). Then supply & demand (investor sentiment) will begin to move the stock once again and the cycle starts over.

If you are long then you should not pay to much attention to these movements and swings as they do not necessarily represent the trend or "attitude" of the stock.

If you are short then you should always take your profits at an expected resistance level (.025 was well known resistance), and look for a re-entry at support.

Hope this helps, Good luck to you and Merry Christmas.
