Perhaps you are not reading the same thing that I am. I concluded that NEOM is blatantly ignoring Delaware corporate law by issuing shares below par value.
My guess is that "Klawman" should add these illegal issuances to the list of damages against YA, Barry Liben and all the other friends of YA. Go Klawman, Go!
