Pop, par is $0.001 per share. Section 153(a) of Delaware General Corporation Law states in part:

Shares of stock with par value may be issued for such consideration, having a value not less than the par value thereof...

Based on NEOM's disclosure in its 10-Q that I previously posted, it is clear that NEOM is blatantly ignoring Delaware law and allowed conversions to occur at a substantial discount below par value.
