If the R/S is approved, the pattern is familiar. Price will rise briefly within the first 1-2 weeks to induce a positive psychological ambience and vortex a stream of new investors before assuming its inevitable downward trend from .90s, 80s and so forth until the .10 threshold. Textbook IMO.
