Junior, the conversion rate in April and May 2013 per the Form 10-Q was $0.000489 per share. In June and July, PPS continued to drop and I believe the average conversion price is currently about $0.0004.

Post-split that would translate to $0.68 per share. Keep in mind that the conversion rate will continue to reset lower as PPS drops in the future.
