Hub, I just converted everything based on average trading volume over the past 3 months and to give effect for the RS. I was very generous in my volume assumptions and it will still take 23 years.
My expectation is that YA will find it harder and harder to sell shares of NEOM because NEOM has a history of 99.9% declines in PPS. The investors willing to buy into that story are few and far between.
