My view is that Four Oaks is going to be a slow but steady riser. They may not offer the explosive potential* that many of us are looking for in a bank but by the same token, I doubt they go racing to the bottom at 200 mph. I think that if an investor has a little bit of patience, FOFN will go a long way in "greenifying" their accounts over the long haul.
* I could be wrong about their explosive potential. According to my Dainty Darling Dove, I spend the majority of my time being wrong about something. lol
