Taking it a step further, could it be that hh searched out a company with the reporting status that was about to go under so he could exploit their status for his own dumping purposes? If he knew they were about to lose their reporting status anyway, he could have approached them with an offer of shares to go along with his latest tall tale of funding.
Yes, I realize I am giving hh a lot more credit for being smart than he deserves. But I guess anything is possible. Maybe he saw it in a movie or something.
