The $57M Lovenox number for 2Q13 Lovenox does appear to be a good proxy for the future quarterly rate. The past four quarterly numbers (in reverse chronological order) are $57M, $47M, $85M, and $34M; the average of $56M per quarter for these four quarters is almost exactly the 2Q13 figure.
