Yes sir Chief, you called it again. There is a fellow who has millions of shares that he's trying to unload. That's what I've heard. He just can't find anyone to pay much more than 4 cents a share. So, for some dimwitted reason, he keeps painting it back up to the 5 cent area.
Can you imagine how low this will go if he decides to unload the whole boatload someday?
