Just wait until the USACE permit is approved and they upgrade to the QX tier, those events, plus good earnings, plus a growing list of smaller contracts and acquisitions will run the price back up. It runs up just as fast.
Also remember that 81% of shares are held by insiders. This isnt a pump and dump, they arent doing penny stock promotions and all of that bullshit to try and falsely inflate the price. They are trying to build a real company.
