My exposure to the "Intel camp" is mainly on this board. My impression is that practically 100% of the excitables here are withholding their excitement until LTE integration with dual mode voice and data is a done deal and demonstrated.
Personally I think that past an acceptable level of capability, a 20% difference in performance is minor and will be overwhelmed by other features, such as reliability, battery management, antennae performance, continuity of development platform, and such factors.
