The one thing does surprise me in this whole equation is how much credence the onc doc's have supposedly given to Bosulif. It's not just this CS report, but across the board. If true, it makes me question the supposed CML professionals. Do they look at the data?
the only qualification I would suggest to your assessment of this mode of analysis, is that you place bold quotation marks around the the term competent (i.e."competent"),
because if your other comments about such are correct(as I believe they are),
then one has, at the least, to call their competence into question,
seeing as this report's predictive validity,(which is, after all, the objective of the exercise), is sorely lacking.
However, in addition, assuming that these "analysts" possess any substantive analytical skills, even the omissions and inconsistencies you cite also have to call their motives into question...
btw, I'm not surprised in the least to discover that this is the case.
