I do think everyone's vote is important, but YA gets what YA wants. Judging by the fervent argument to raise the authorized to an astonishing 500B, that might be best.
Risk-at least a few regular posters here have filed complaints with the SEC. I find it incredulous that YA and especially Marriott would operate in flagrant violation of rules, thinking the SEC is either toothless or overwhelmed. Marriott's first position in a public company-would she really risk being barred from serving in the same or another capacity for the rest of her career? As far as fleeing the country, I'd like to see her initiate by fleeing the company.
